Every Elite install ships with a Lighting Warranty Guide and a maintenance plan — twice-yearly Spring and Fall visits to adjust timers, check voltages, and handle repairs. We also take one-off service calls, including on systems we didn't install. Reviews highlight fast, often same-day response.
Why It Matters
Even the best systems drift.
A landscape lighting system is a living installation. Lamps age and shift color. Southern humidity and storms find their way into anything outdoors long enough. Soil shifts and knocks fixtures out of aim. Plants grow into beam paths.
Twice-yearly visits — once in Spring and once in Fall — keep the system performing the way it was designed. When something is failed, we diagnose the root cause and repair it, not just patch the symptom.
We regularly service systems we didn't install — including correcting wiring and wattage left by other installers.

Voltage drop check on every zone catches a failing transformer or splice before it spreads.
Re-aim every fixture
Beams drift over time with weather and landscaping work — we restore the original design intent.
Repair & replace lamps
Failed lamps and fixtures swapped, including matching warm-white color temperature.
Inspect wire & splices
Direct-bury splices fail first. We re-seal or replace any weak point with water-tight kits.

Commercial-grade holiday lights installed however we wanted, then taken down and stored each January. Later years cost about half since the lights and wiring are already paid for. Hands-off and incredible.
